Yet another vast galaxy, full of strange and unusual creatures and planets. The originator became her world, the fabric that makes up her form also the fabric of space itself. An odd realm, where bizzare things happen for no reason, and a god too arrogant to ever comprehend her vast misunderstandings.
Martians
The Martians are a large society, based primarily on their home planet of Mars-13, with highly advanced space travel. Their society is divided into factions, each faction's standing depending on how many planets said faction has successfully 'claimed.' Martians will travel to far out planets, seeking to establish a base on them and claim it for their faction, often fighting whatever other Martian faction may have gotten there first.
Generally, they leave the inhabitants of said planets alone, only caring about protecting and maintaining their base, though attempts to expel the Martians from a planet altogether are met with violence. Generally, it is in the Martians' best interests to remain on good terms with the inhabitants of the planet they are stationed on.
While some factions will try to do a lot of research, most often Martians will know little about the planets they claim or the cultures of the inhabitants. Because of this, they often come across as insensitive or rude, though most people are used to that by now. They often see Martians as mostly just an annoyance, though their ignorance can sometimes be taken advantage of, tricking them into paying far more for supplies than they're actually worth.
Omnivorous as a species, but most factions tend to exclusively eat plants, as they're easier to farm and less likely to pass on disease. Their planet has varied enough plant life that they can easily get all the nutrients they need just from eating plants.
Slimes
Small spherical creatures surrounded by a gelatinous mass. Tendrils from their bodies emit electrical and chemical signals that cause parts of the mass to contract and expand, letting them move it around.
It takes a lot of time for them to learn how to move and walk, so other slimes look after them and bring them food for a long time.
As their 'brains' don't really develop fully until adulthood, adults cannot share memories with the young. Thus the young have to learn a lot for themselves for the first few years.
'Eyes' all over their bodies naturally correct for refraction from the slime. If their slime is running low, they can't see very well. Their body, when they can't see too well, naturally tries to produce more slime.
Their slime absorbs oxygen from the air. It's also is slightly corrosive, dissolving food, which is then absorbed by their tendrils. Their tendrils and body are able to resist these acids.
Their slime changes color depending on its contents. If they've just eaten something red, then the slime might become tinted red. This can affect their vision, so they try to avoid strong-colored food when possible.
If coming into contact with toxins or bacteria, the part of their slime that came in contact will solidify, trapping the dangerous substances, and then being ejected.
They have no spoken language, but can share memories and knowledge with others by coming into contact with them and sending across electrical signals.
Individuals cannot contain all of a colony's memories, so they all have their own different sets of memories that they'll share when necessary.
There's not really a sense of individuality though, more like all the members of the colony are different parts of the same organism.
these guys
Stands on back legs to reach high up foods. Tail helps to steady it.
Nocturnal. They have thick fat to keep warm, and big pupils to see in the dark.
Eats a lot of plants, as well as lots of nuts and seeds to get a lot of fat in their diets.
Their six legs are useful for climbing and swimming against harsh tides.
Rockcrawlers
Can regenerate lost body parts.
Stores unneeded nutrients in its shell, to use to regrow lost body parts. Also stores excess oxygen to keep it going until it regains its nose/mouth to inhale air again.
All major internal organs are stored inside the shell. Head contains a second, smaller brain, which processes sounds, smells, sights and tastes. If the head brain loses contact from the main brain, then it will try to turn itself into a main brain.
They don't die of old age. The only things that can really kill them are disease and severe damage to the body and shell. When one dies, it is a huge deal.
Communal animals, will look after the injured until they have recovered. When injured, they get very sleepy, and feel a strong urge to be around others, not wanting to be alone.
They don't often think about their own mortality. They write down knowledge not to pass it down to future generations, but to pass it on to their future self, in case they forget it years from now.
Newborns are very weak and fragile at first, with their shells being softer and less sturdy until they're fully grown. Adults are very protective of them.
Flatlings
A 2-dimensional species living on a 2-dimensional planet.
these guys
Bipedal. Powerful back legs allow them to run very fast, and to deliver powerful kicks to enemies.
Their thick fur can sometimes build up a static charge, which they can store and use in combat to shock and confuse their foes.
Their home planet is incredibly rich in otherwise rare ores and minerals.
After their planet was invaded and taken over by a particularly aggressive Martian faction a couple decades back, they have come to be very distrustful of Martians. They tolerate their presence, just about, but keep a very close eye on them.
Their society is still recovering from that time, many still carrying the scars and trauma it brought.
Carnivorous, hunting prey from the wild rather than farming livestock.
these guys
One of a few species whose home planets were at risk of destruction due to forces beyond their control, and thanks to Galactis' intervention, were all combined into one big planet that would be safe. None of them really wanted that, there were definietly better ways to solve that, buuuut Galactis works in mysterious ways.
Their home planet (and later, their continent on the combined planet) is a harsh place, with acidic rain and terrible storms. Nevertheless, life found a way to thrive there.
Their tough skin and strong shells help protect them from damage. Their gills aid them in getting oxygen and other useful minerals out of the air. The acidic rain can damage them sometimes, but they heal very quickly.
With the planet being very foggy and covered in dust, their eyes aren't very good at seeing at distance, being specialized for close range.
As most life on this planet is covered in shells and protective armor, they have strong jaws in order to break through these protections to get at food.
Despite their ability to survive in such an environment, they are not a hardy species. The harsh conditions means few pathogens can survive. As a result, they have very little in the way of an immune system, and outside of their natural enviroment are very susceptible to disease.
They're very specialized for their environment, and struggle to survive outside of it.
Flutterfluffs
Another species whose planet was combined into that big one.
They're covered in a light, wool-like substance to keep themselves warm. They can flatten out their wool to be more aerodynamic, and puff it out to be more warm.
They have dark patches on their bodies and wings, beneath which are light-sensitive cells, to help give a little more sense of what is around them, even if they're not as accurate as eyes.
They don't fly too much, and spend a lot of time walking around on the ground. They can walk on two legs, and run on four.
Can sing two musical notes at once, with the syrinx letting them make different sounds from each lung.
bugcats
Short, insectoid creatures covered in fur.
They live in big, ant nest-like colonies.
Different members of the colony take up different jobs, but they can swap to other jobs depending on the circumstances and what the colony needs at the time.
They use different types of accessories or clothes to denote one's current role.
Sandwyrms
Big, solitary carnivores.
Hunts actively during the day. At night, hides, sleeping but still ready to pounce if it detects movement nearby.
Apex predator. If something moves, it's probably food.
Solitary creatures. Females lay unfertilized eggs, then males will fight to the death to fertilize said eggs. Fertilized eggs smell different, so they can tell and don't bother seeking them out.
No communication ability other than warning/aggression.
Eggs are covered in spikes to protect them from predators and keep them upright.
Spikes are soft at first, and don't harden until the egg is laid and exposed to the air.
No eyes on their face. Some bumps on skin contain light-sensitive cells, and send signals to the brain about the amount of light they get. Because of this, the creature has very slight, blurry, monochrome vision.
Mostly navigates by smell, touch and sounds, though.
The Fish
Once just a planet of just simple fish creatures, but for reasons unknown, Galactis turned them humanoid and bestowed sentience upon them.
After their home planet was in danger of destruction, they all together became an originator, leaving the planet for their new world.

Snowcloaks
Live in snowy, mountainous areas, camoflagued well.
